Court Booking Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

• All court bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking.

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.

• Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

• More than 24 hours before booking: Full refund or credit.

• 12–24 hours before booking: 50% refund or credit.

• Less than 12 hours before booking: No refund.

• No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.

3. Rescheduling

• Bookings may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the booking time, subject to court availability.

• Rescheduling requests within 24 hours may incur an administration fee.

4. Late Arrival

• Court time starts and ends at the scheduled time.

• Late arrivals will not receive additional playing time.

5. Weather Policy

Indoor courts: Bookings proceed regardless of weather conditions.

6. Court Usage

• Non-marking sports shoes must be worn.

• Players must treat facilities and equipment with care.

• Management reserves the right to remove any person behaving unsafely or disrespectfully.

7. Children

• Children under 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for children's behaviour and safety.

8. Membership Bookings

• Members may receive priority booking access and discounted rates.

• Membership benefits are non-transferable.

9. Liability

• Players participate at their own risk.

• The centre is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

10. Management Rights

• Management reserves the right to cancel or relocate bookings due to tournaments, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

• A full refund or alternative booking time will be offered if this occurs.
